Indoor Air Quality

GTSI can provide Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) assessments for industrial, commercial and residential Clients.  IAQ assessments are typically requested due to occupant/worker complaints (odors, headaches, rashes, etc.) from potential contaminants or allergens (asbestos, mold, dust, organic vapors, animal dander, etc.). All IAQ work is performed in compliance with applicable National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) and EPA methods. Reports are written in such manner that the layperson is able to understand the findings. Engineering controls (dust collectors, filtration systems, etc.) may be recommended in order to reduce exposure to airborne contaminants.

	Asbestos and mold sampling and interpretation of laboratory analytical results with recommendations for abatement.
	Worker/Occupant exposure assessments (asbestos, organic vapors, lead, total dust, etc.).
	General Air Monitoring outside contained work areas.
